Praveen is Climate Change and Sustainability Services Leader at Ernst & Young LLP in Singapore providing sustainability advisory and assurance services.He works with corporates, governmental agencies and multilateral development banks on areas such as climate change and net zero strategy, carbon tax assessments, sustainability advisory, green finance and the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures framework. Praveen is a member of the Working Group on GHG and Product Life Cycle and Sustainable Finance Work Group at Enterprise Singapore. He is an appointed member of the Expert Board for Appeals under the Carbon Pricing Act at Singapore’s Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment. He is also a qualified lead verifier and independent reviewer for the Singapore Carbon Tax Assurance program of the country’s National Environment Agency.In 2018, he received the Enterprise Singapore Merit Award for his significant contributions to the Singapore Standardisation Programme in the field of climate change.

He helps to manage sustainability advisory services for key SGX-listed companies across diverse industries, MNCs as well as companies in the public sector.His transaction advisory experience includes due diligence as well as business valuations for M&As and divestments in Southeast Asia.Simon is a fellow member of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants and CPA Australia. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from National University of Singapore.

Chris Fuggle

Chris leads the UK’s sustainability practice which provides sustainability advisory and assurance services.  Internationally, Chris is the global leader of our sustainability services and also has a number of other responsibilities for the international group including being a member of the Group Governance Council, which supervises and oversees the activities of the Group Executive Board, and being a member of the Singapore Executive.   A partner since 2011, Chris joined the firm in 2007 and has spent a significant part of his career in Asia where he helped international companies successfully invest and operate in Singapore, Thailand and the wider region. Chris is a board member of The Academy of Business in Society (ABIS), member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant’s Corporate Reporting Development and Research & Development panels, and a former Chairman of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant’s South East Asia.
